Privacy notice.
Last updated 25 September 2026
This notice explains what we collect, why we use it and the choices available to you.
01Who is responsible for your information
Invisalign Ascend is a trading name of South West Leads Ltd, registered in England and Wales under company number 15080623, with its registered office at 20 Wenlock Road, London, England, N1 7GU. South West Leads Ltd is the controller for personal information used to answer enquiries, research and contact potential business clients, arrange growth calls and manage client relationships. Contact michael@invisalignascend.com with a privacy question or rights request.
This notice covers our own agency marketing and business enquiries. A dental practice remains responsible for its clinical decisions and patient records. Campaign-specific responsibilities are agreed separately with each client before patient lead handling begins.
02Information we use and where it comes from
We use business contact details, job roles, company and practice information, correspondence, meeting details and relevant notes. You may give us this information through this website, by email, during a call or while discussing services.
For business prospecting we may obtain professional names, roles, practice contact details and company information from public sources such as a practice website, Companies House, the Care Quality Commission and other current business listings. We record the source and review whether the contact route is appropriate before use.
Our website and security providers may process technical details such as IP address, browser information, requested pages, timestamps and security or error logs. Please do not send patient health information, card details or other sensitive information through the enquiry form or by ordinary email.
03Why we use it
We use information to respond to requested enquiries, assess whether our services may fit a dental practice, make a relevant business introduction, arrange meetings, prepare proposals, deliver agreed services, keep accurate suppression records, secure our systems and meet legal or accounting duties.
Depending on the circumstances, our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before a contract, performing a contract, meeting a legal obligation, or our legitimate interests in operating and developing a specialist business-to-business marketing service. Where electronic-marketing law requires consent, we rely on consent instead. You can object to direct marketing at any time.
04Business marketing choices
We screen a business contact against our existing records before an introduction. We do not hide our identity, and each marketing email provides a clear way to opt out. A reply, objection, unsubscribe request or delivery problem pauses further automated follow-up while it is reviewed.
We treat sole traders and unincorporated partnerships as individual subscribers unless evidence shows otherwise. We do not send them unsolicited marketing email without the permission or other basis required by law. We retain a minimal suppression record when needed to honour a request not to contact you again.
05Providers and international processing
We use service providers where needed for hosting, security, email, CRM, scheduling, document preparation, AI-assisted research and business administration. These may include GoDaddy, Microsoft 365, GoHighLevel, OpenAI, Sites and Cloudflare. We do not sell personal information.
Some providers may process information outside the UK. Where we are responsible for an international transfer, we use an applicable adequacy arrangement or another lawful safeguard, such as approved contractual protections, according to the provider and destination.
06Retention and security
We keep information only as long as needed for the relevant enquiry, prospecting decision, client relationship, legal duty or dispute. We periodically review inactive records. Contract and accounting records may be retained for longer where the law requires it, and minimal suppression information may be retained so an objection is not forgotten.
We use proportionate access controls and operational safeguards. No online service is entirely risk-free, so please contact us promptly if you believe information has been misused.
07Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, and may object to processing based on legitimate interests. You can object to direct marketing at any time. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing.
Email michael@invisalignascend.com to exercise a right. We may need to verify your identity. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint or on 0303 123 1113.
